Practical Driving Test Passes in 2009

Most Clear 2 Go Clients PASSED their Practical Driving Test in 2009 with an AVERAGE of 30-36 Hours Tuition.
 
The Driving Standards Agency state that it takes an Average of 45 Hours to be at a Standard to PASS the Practical Driving Test.
